When the packet loss issue occurs, the issue image would show the following aspect.

The packets of an image are accumulated from left to right for each row (from top to bottom). Therefore line artifacts by packet loss would be shown as horizontal line defects, and those line defects would have clear boundaries.
When you experience this defect, please check whether the communication configurations/settings have been properly set.
